Current Projects
As a national condemnation team, we’ve worked on some of the most high-profile development projects in the country. A few of our current projects include:
The Purple Line: Maryland & Washington D.C.
The Purple Line is a 16-mile light rail that will connect several Maryland suburbs to D.C. and other areas. It’s considered a landmark project for public transportation and sustainability. However, building the Purple Line has required forcing several property owners to leave their land.
Right of Way USA is proud to support property owners affected by the Purple Line project. We’ve already helped several clients receive their full compensation and are currently advocating for several more.
President George W. Bush Turnpike: Dallas Fort Worth
The President George W. Bush Turnpike is a toll road that forms a partial loop around the Dallas Fort Worth area. The turnpike is currently undergoing expansion, leading to more condemnations in Texas.
Right of Way USA has advocated on behalf of property owners forced to relocate due to the expansion project. We negotiate with developers and government representatives to ensure every property owner receives the full value for their sale.
I-44 Expansion Project: Tulsa
The final phase of construction for the I-44 interchange in Tulsa, Oklahoma is officially beginning this year. This expansion is expected to reduce inner-city traffic and support thousands of drivers every day. But it’s also coming at a cost.
